When we were offered participation in the project for the “Passage” trade centre, we got down to the development of the idea with pleasure. We wanted to create something extraordinary, unconventional, that would make people passing by or guests coming for shopping to stop, get surprised, and show emotions.

We wanted to add some brightness to the façade, to decorate it with emotional bright touches.

And we got the idea that fresh large-size grass could be growing in the windows of the “Passage” trade center. Fresh grass as a symbol of prospering nature, unity of nature and man... And then we thought of two workers — gardeners who perform seemingly routine, but so much necessary work, since grass will lose its blossom and will fade away without moisture. We wanted everything to look simple from the technical point of view, but along with that we violated the laws of physics by creating an absolutely new world taking the observer into the heavenly vertical.
